Your package has been delivered (Unused):
Within 15 days of receipt of your order, you may return the unused products.
To be eligible for a return, the goods must be unused, free from dirt, dust, or any fragrances, and in the same packaging and condition that you received it.
It is a mandatory part of the process to send pictures of the damaged/broken item. It will be greatly helpful if you send clear pictures of the defect.
If the item is not faulty and you simply want to change it because of the size/color or disliking to the item, it can be returned once. The customer is accountable to pay the return shipping. (this is withheld from refund)
We do not offer returns except in EXTREME cases of breakage/malfunction.
The customer must email to [email@example.com] for a return authorization prior to sending any product back to [miss comfy store]. Or the refund will not be issued and the customer will have to pay the shipping to get the item returned, or, sacrifice the item.
If your approved return passes our inspection, you may receive an exchange or a re- fund. We will send the return address to your email.
Please send us a notification after you ship the item out and you need to provide a tracking number. Once we received the item you sent and check the item is in good condition, we will exchange or give you a refund. This will be issued in 2-3 working days.
Late or missing refunds.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is post- ed. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please con- tact us at [firstname.lastname@example.org].
Shipping Damage Claims
We are proud of our products, but we can't control the shipment. In some extreme cases, the item you receive may be damaged during transportation, so you should check the item in good condition when receiving it. If the unfortunate thing really hap- pens, please provide us with the Photo or video and contact us at email@example.com. Notice: we will not accept Shipping Damage Claims later than 15 days from receipt of products.
Purchased but not shipped (Cancelation):
Your order will be issued as soon as possible after your purchase, so you have 3 days to contact our customer service staff.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
